Formats of participation in the conference:
To submit an application form for participation you need to log in to your personal account by registering in the system aik.mai.ru/en/lk. After authorization, you will need to fill in the required fields of the application form.
Only one personal account of a participant can be registered to a single e-mail address.
Abstracts of 1500 to 2500 characters, including spaces, should be prepared in the English language and entered to the electronic field of the application form. Formulas, tables, and pictures are not allowed in the abstracts.
A co-author who takes part in the conference and does not make a report (takes part as a listener) also fills in the application, indicating the form of participation as a listener, and pays the arrangement fee.
No more than 4 co-authors are allowed for one abstract.
A co-author who has not submitted their application and has not paid the arrangement fee cannot be a participant of the Conference.
Participation of students in the Conference is provided only as co-authors of abstracts.

The payment is made in rubles at the Central Bank of Russia exchange rate on the day of payment. For foreign participants, the delivery of an invitation for the visa is not included in the arrangement fee and is carried out at the participants’ expense.
Participants can pay the arrangement fee by electronic transfer.
